I'll be 6weeks 3 days. Has anyone seen a heartbeat that early?

ultrasound is rescheduled
A receptionist from the clinic just called and said they need to reschedule my ultrasound and intralipids. Apparently there's no doctor available on Friday afternoon. I probably should have taken an appointment next week (better chance to see a heartbeat if there is one), but I'm impatient and just couldn't wait. Thursday it is.

Yep! I saw a HB at 6w1d! go for it girl!
ReplyDeleteOps let me clarify, it was a flicker rather than a properly measurable HB, but it was there, so I think you'll have a good chance, and if not there's definitely plenty of hope! Also, if all the measurements are correct but no HB still, I think it'll be again very normal.
ReplyDeleteI did at 6w5d but they called it cardiac activity and had a hard time measuring it. It looked like the smallest flicker. That was with this baby. Can't wait to hear on Thursday!
ReplyDeleteAt least you'll see SOMETHING!!
ReplyDeleteI got to see and hear a heartbeat today -- 7w4days. I'm ecstatic -- from all I've read, once you have a strong heartbeat the odds of m/c drop substantially so I hope I'm in the clear. Good luck Thursday -- hopefully you'll see at least a flicker and then get to go back next week to see the hb again!
ReplyDeleteI saw a heartbeat at 6 weeks - I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you. Your numbers seem to be doing exactly what they are supposed to!
ReplyDelete*Big Hugs!!*
I had to go in at 5 weeks. They did an internal ultrasound and we heard the heartbeat.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by. I agree it is easy to find things to dislike about a country (or things in life in general), but much more difficult to find the things we like. I do love Finland! The cost of living is expensive, but...you get used to it. The health care system makes up for part of it. :)
ReplyDeleteGood luck this Friday and I hope you hear a heartbeat.
